通过分析钢丝绳芯输送带结构及磨损形式,提出输送带翻面技术并进行可行性分析,该技术可延长输送带整体使用寿命,对港口散货码头带式输送机系统设备管理具有借鉴意义。

This paper puts forward the turning technology of the conveyer belt and carries out feasibility analysis of it,through analyzing the structure and wear type of the conveyer belt with steel wire rope core.This technology can prolong the service life of the conveyer belt on the whole,which has a reference value for the device management of belt conveyor system in port bulk cargo terminals.
