摘要
介绍了基于B法的异步电机效率检测,通过自主开发的检测系统对被测电机进行温升试验、负载试验和空载试验,准确地计算出电机的风摩耗和杂散损耗,最后获得电机的额定效率,确定电机的能效等级,对各电机生产厂家具有指导意义。
This paper introduces the efficiency test of asynchronous motor based on B method.Temperature rise test,load test and no-load test are carried out on the tested motor by using self-developed test system to accurately calculate the wind friction and stray loss of the motor.Finally,the rated efficiency of the motor is obtained and the energy efficiency level of the motor is determined,which can be used as a guide for each motor manufacturer.
