摘要
为解决相继增压柴油机加速和加载过程中出现的排放性能恶化的问题,进行了进气管喷气系统的改造,建立了瞬态过程的控制与数据采集系统,在柴油机在加速、加载过程中进行了喷气试验。通过研究不同喷气压力、喷孔直径对柴油机进气压力、最高燃烧压力和平均指示压力以及排放性能的影响规律,得出了加速、加载过程中的喷气策略,有效地改善了相继增压柴油机加速、加载过程中的瞬态性能。
In order to improve the emission performance of sequential turbocharging diesel engine during the process of acceleration and loading,the modification of air injection system for the intake manifold was conducted,the control and measurement system of transient process was established,and the air injection experiment was carried out in the process of acceleration and loading.By studying the influencing laws of injection pressure and orifice diameter on intake pressure,maximum combustion pressure,mean effective pressure and emission performance,the air injection strategy was achieved and the transient performance of sequential turbocharging diesel engine during the process of acceleration and loading improved effectively.
