国际化背景下动态能力与企业创新绩效的关系研究——来自中国高技术企业的经验证据

Research on the Relationship Between Dynamic Capabilities and Firms' Innovation Performance in the Background of Internationalization—— Empirical Evidence from High-tech Companies in China

如何提升我国企业创新能力是转型时期亟待解决的重要问题之一。本文以2011～2016年"走出去"的高技术企业为例,探讨国际化背景下企业动态能力对创新绩效的影响作用。结果表明,企业动态能力及其3个结构要素均能显著提升创新绩效,其中协调整合能力的提升作用最明显;国际化能够强化动态能力的促进作用,尤其是对协调整合能力的强化作用;进一步看,国际化的强化作用在国有企业和高技术密集度企业中表现更为明显;此外,本文运用Hansen面板门槛模型发现,随着国际化程度跨越不同的门槛值,动态能力对创新绩效的促进作用会进一步增强。因此企业进行国际化拓张时应正确理解和运用动态能力,发挥其"遇强则强"的弹性效应,从而获得持续不断的竞争优势。

How to improve the innovation capability of Chinese enterprises is one of the important issues that need to be solved urgently during the transition period.This article uses the“going out”high-tech companies from 2011 to 2016 as samples to explore the impact of the company s dynamic capabilities on innovation performance in an internationalized environment.The results show that the company s dynamic capabilities and its three structural elements can all significantly improve innovation performance,and the coordination and integration capabilities in the structural elements have the most significant role in promoting;internationalization can enhance the promotion of the company s dynamic capabilities,especially the strengthening effect of coordination and integration capabilities.Looking further,the strengthening effect of internationalization is more pronounced in state-owned enterprises and high-tech-intensive enterprises.In addition,the Hansen panel threshold model is used in this paper.It is found that as the degree of internationalization spans different thresholds,the ability of dynamic capabilities to promote innovation performance will be further enhanced.Therefore,when companies expand internationally,they should correctly understand and apply dynamic capabilities,and use their elasticity effect of“stronger and stronger”to obtain a continuous competitive advantage.
