摘要
根据对引滦入津工程引水隧洞第五次糙率的观测和计算,并与前四次观测成果进行对比分析,发现引水隧洞糙率除入口段略有增大趋势外,其余各段及引水隧洞整体糙率值34年来基本保持稳定。说明有关部门对引水隧洞工程管理与维护到位,保障了引水隧洞的输水条件与能力。
Based on the observation and calculation of the fifth roughness of the diversion tunnel of Luanhe-Tianjin Project,and comparing with the previous four observations,it is found that the roughness of the diversion tunnel keeps stable for 34 years except for the slight increase of the inlet section.It shows that the relevant departments have put in place the management and maintenance of the diversion tunnel project,and guaranteed the water conveyance conditions and capacity of the diversion tunnel.
