基于光纤光栅的轮胎-路面三向力测量传感器设计 被引量:3

摘要 为实现轮胎-路面接触三向力的精确测量,以光纤光栅为敏感元件,设计出一种新的三向力测量传感器。传感器弹性体由3部分组成,通过在弹性体上粘贴3根波长不同的光纤光栅实现三向力的测量。运用SolidWorks simulation对这种三向力传感器进行了有限元分析和3个方向的受力验证实验。结果表明,在实验条件下这种传感器测量线性度达到99. 85%以上,F_x、F_y、F_z方向的载荷响应灵敏度为:12. 818、13. 131、5. 281 pm/N,最小精度为:0. 156、0. 152、0. 379 N,量程:F_x/F_y方向为-8~8 N,F_z方向为0~40 N,满足实际测量的需求。 In order to measure the tyre-road tri-axial contact force accurately,a new three-axis force measuring sensor was designed with fiber Bragg grating as sensitive element.The sensor elastomer consisted of three parts,and three force sensors were measured by sticking three fiber gratings with different wavelengths on the elastomer.The finite element analysis and three force verification experiments of this three force sensor were carried out by solidworks simulation.The experimental results demonstrate that the linearity of the sensor is more than 99.85%under the experimental conditions.The sensitivity of F x,F y,F z are 12.818 pm/N,13.131 pm/N and 5.281 pm/N,the sensor can measure the force with the minimum precision of 0.061 N,0.059 N,and 0.045 N for F x,F y,F z,respectively,the range of the F x/F y direction is-8~8 N while the F z direction is 0~40 N.The sensor satisfies the requirements of actual measurement.
