摘要
为了解决小管径、低流速流量条件下热量计量不精确的问题,设计了一种高精度、高分辨率的超声波热量测量系统。采用时间-数字转换芯片TDC-GP2,结合时差法和电容充放电法进行流量和温度测量,系统实现的时间间隔测量精度不超过0. 001 5%×设置值,分辨率能够达到100 ps。
In order to solve the problem of inaccurate heat measurement under the condition of small diameter and low flow rate,an ultrasonic heat measurement system with high accuracy and high resolution was designed.The time digital conversion chip TDC-GP2 was used to measure the flow and temperature with the time difference method and the capacitance charge discharge method.The system realized the time interval measuring accuracy not more than 0.001 5%multiply setting value,and the resolution can reach 100 ps.
