摘要
运用单片机TMS570、热式质量流量计和红外检测传感器,结合气体配比技术、质量流量配气原理、模糊控制算法等原理,设计了闭环配气控制系统,并给出了系统的软硬件设计。配气实测对比结果表明,该系统不受环境温度和压力的影响,精度高,相对误差不超过3%,系统稳定时间最多只需28 s。
Using single chip microcomputer TMS570,thermal mass flowmeter and infrared detection sensor,combined with the gas proportioning technology,mass flow and gas distribution principle,fuzzy control algorithm and other principles,closed-loop gas distribution control system was designed and the system hardware and software design were given.The comparison of gas measurement results shows that the system is not affected by ambient temperature and pressure,and the accuracy is high,the relative error is less than 3%and the system stability time is only 28 s.
