摘要
提出了一种基于以太网的带式输送机监控系统的网络电话的设计方案,采用STM32F407设计了网络电话的硬件电路,包括处理器模块、语音编解码模块、主控制器模块、以太网控制模块、显示模块等;在MDK5开发平台上设计了网络电话的软件,实现了网络传输协议和呼叫控制协议,并使用C#语言编写了上位机管理软件,进行了实验。实验结果表明该网络电话实现了带式输送机沿线一对一、一对多的扩音呼叫,全双工扩音通话、扩音广播和扩音报警功能,解决了现有带式输送机沿线电话使用模拟信号传输距离短、易受干扰、需要独立布线的问题,满足了带式输送机监控系统通信需求,布线简单,提高了通话质量、可靠性和便捷性,可以应用于基于以太网的带式输送机监控系统。
A kind of design scheme for the internet telephone with a belt-conveyor monitoring system based on ethernet was put forward.It applied STM32F407 in the design of hardware circuit for internet telephone,which included processor module,speech coder module,main controller module,ethernet controlling module,display module and so on.Software for the internet telephone was designed on the MDK5 development platform,by which the network transmission protocol and calling control protocol were realized.And the C#language was used to write management software for principal computers,with a relevant experiment being carried out.The experimental results indicate that the internet telephone has realized the functions of one-to-one and one-to-many volume-amplifying call with belt conveyor,full duplex volume-amplifying call,volume-amplifying broadcast and alarm,solved the problems of the short transmission distance of analog signal used in the telephones along the current belt conveyor,vulnerability to disturbance and necessity of exclusive cabling,satisfing the communication requirement of belt conveyor s monitoring system with simple cabling,improving the connection quality,reliability and convenience,and thereby qualifying to be used in monitoring system of the ethernet-based belt conveyor.
