摘要
原油储罐油水液位测量技术在石油行业应用广泛,研究涉及油水液位数据的优化问题。针对电磁波油水液位测量中存在伪数据的问题,分析了油水液位测量过程和油水液位计算过程,对比了现有3种油水液位数据优化算法,因其应用存在一定范围的局限性,提出了一种新的油水液位数据优化算法。该算法运用模板求中间值遍历线性数据的方法,屏蔽油水液位数据中的伪数据。实验结果对比表明:该算法能解决油水液位数据中随机出现的普遍性伪数据,优化过的数据集合有利于获取油水液位阈值,确保最终计算得到的油水液位高度符合实际测量值。
The oil-water level measurement technology of crude oil tank is widely applied in oil field,and research involves optimization of oil-water level data.For the problems of pseudo data exist in oil-water level measurement with electromagnetic wave,the process of oil-water level measurement and oil-water level calculation was analyzed,compared with the existing three kinds of oil-water level data optimization algorithm.Because of its limitation in certain range,a new oil-water data optimization algorithm was proposed that used a template to find the middle value to traverse the linear data to shield the pseudo data in the oil-water level data.Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is applied to optimize pseudo data existing random in oil-water level data,the optimized data is beneficial to obtain the threshold of oil-water level,and ensuring that the calculated liquid level is in line with the actual measured value.
