摘要
开发了一套基于LabVIEW的NO_x浓度检测系统。针对检测系统对微弱信号检测与提取的要求,设计了一个以电流电压转换器、仪表放大器以及二阶低通滤波器为主要电路结构的mA级数字电流表。利用该检测系统可采集样本数据,数据通过基于最小二乘算法的曲线拟合来绘制浓度曲线从而确定被采样环境的NO_x浓度值。实验表明:该系统有效抑制了噪声干扰,提高了检测的精确度,具有很强的实用性。
A NO x concentration detection system based on LabVIEW was developed.According to the requirement of weak signal detection and extraction in this system,a milliampere digital ammeter based on current and voltage converter,instrument amplifier and two order low-pass filter was designed.The system was used to collect sample data,while the curve was obtained by the least square fitting of the data to get the NO x concentration.The experimental results show that the system can effectively suppress noise interference and improve the accuracy of concentration detection,the system is very practical.
