预埋式高发热保温冒口套在壳体铸件上的应用

摘要 介绍了预埋式高发热保温冒口套的特点,并与普通冒口套进行了对比。预埋式高发热保温冒口套具有良好的局部补缩效果、良好的抗压强度及紧实性、冒口易于清除及打磨等特点。通过将其应用在转向器壳体铸件上,得出以下结论:(1)预埋式高发热保温冒口套适用于普通发热冒口套无法放置而又需要局部补缩的铸件;(2)冒口易于清理,适合高效率的高压造型线上使用;(3)显著提升工艺出品率,提高铸件内部的致密性,保证铸件质量的稳定性及一致性。 The pre-embedded high exothermic insulating riser sleeve was introduced,and compared it with normal riser sleeve.The pre-embedded high exothermic insulating riser sleeve had good local feeding effect,good compressive strength and comp-actibility and had the advantages including easy to be cleaned away and to be grounded,et al.By using it to the steering gear housing casting,following conclusions were obtained:(1)The pre-embedded high exothermic insulating riser sleeve was suitable to be used for the castings which need local feeding,but the normal exothermic insulating riser sleeve couldn't be placed.(2)The riser was easy to be cleaned away,so it suitable to be used for the high-efficient high-pressure molding line.(3)Obviously elevating process yield,improving inner density of castings,ensuring casting quality stability and consistency.
