摘要
在锁紧装置功能分析和故障分析的基础上,考虑摩擦结构间接触面犁沟效应,对锁紧装置进行摩擦学理论建模,通过有限元软件及机构系统可靠性分析软件进行可靠性分析。有限元分析得到了摩擦组件各副产生摩擦力大小基本相同、锁紧装置未给定压紧力时不宜承受冲击载荷、低温状态下结构间摩擦系数和剪切力都会增大等结论;动力学仿真分析验证了摩擦组件预位移与摩擦结构承受载荷之间的关系,得到预位移变化的趋势和摩擦力与预位移之间的关系;可靠度计算得到犁沟半角、犁沟深度等影响装置锁紧可靠性的重要参数,并通过优化得到理想的参数结果。
Based on functional analysis and the failure analysis,tribology theoretical model of the locking Apparatus is installed considering the plow furrow effect between the contact face of the friction disk.Reliability analysis is performed using the finite element software and the mechanism reliability analysis software.The analysis results indicate that the friction force made by friction components is almost equal,the locking apparatus is not suitable to support ballistic load unless locked,the friction coefficient and shear stress is increased under low temperature.The relationship between pre-displacement of friction component and load of friction structure is proved by Dynamics simulation.The relationship between trend of pre-displacement charge,friction and pre-displacement is also proved.Some important paremeters about plow furrow semiangle,plow furrow depth which affect lock verification are obtained by verification computation.Ideal parameter results indicate that the improvement measure is effective.
