摘要
针对船体分段翻身吊装设计中吊环载荷计算的合理性问题,建立翻身吊装过程的参数化模型,推导吊环载荷函数,分析吊环载荷的变化规律,结果表明,重心、吊环、折点之间位置关系决定着吊环载荷的变化,分别以不同形式截面的船体分段或总段为例进行验证,确认模型和分析方法可行,给出吊装操作建议。
In view of the reasonableness of the original calculation method of the load on lifting ring in the hull block turning process,the parameterized model of the turning process was set up.The function of the load on the lifting ring was analyzed.The variation law of the load on the ring was studied.The results showed that the position relationship between the center of gravity,the rings and the break points determines the change trend of the load of the rings.Taking the hull blocks with different shape of sections as examples,the calculation model and method were verified to be practicable for design of turning process.
