摘要 针对埋弧焊机在船舶预制焊接中出现的焊炬与焊缝中心偏离问题,利用智能化检测与控制技术设计埋弧焊焊缝自动跟踪系统,系统由线性CCD、控制模块、伺服驱动系统、联动机构等构成,采用ADC技术自动跟踪焊缝,实现埋弧焊机准确焊接。车间试验证明,该系统可实现埋弧焊焊缝自动跟踪功能,提高生产自动化程度,提升焊接质量。 Aiming at the deviation between welding torch and weld center of the submerged arc welding machine in prefabricated welding,the automatic tracking system of submerged arc welding seam was designed by using the function of intelligent detection and control technology,which is composed of linear CCD,control module,servo drive system and linkage mechanism.Through linear CCD technology and ADC technology,the weld can be tracked automatically to achieve the accurate welding of submerged arc welding machine.The testing results proved that the automatic tracking function of submerged arc welding can be realized,and the degree of automation and the quality of welding can be improved.
