摘要
针对LEG船压缩机室复杂结构的振动故障诊断困难的问题,采用多元化的诊断方法,通过模态分析进行结构共振初诊,通过振动试验和频谱分析确定激振力频段和来源,通过直接瞬态计算确定振动传播路径、传播范围、振型和振幅,从而进行故障确诊、提出减振方案。结果表明,用这种多元方法,可准确确定振源和传播途径,分析认为通过加强屋顶可以降低屋顶响应约50%、降低主甲板响应约20%。
A diversified diagnosis method was proposed due to the difficulty in vibration diagnosis for the complex compressor room structure of the LEG carrier.A modal analysis was made to take a first diagnosis for resonance,then a vibration trial test and a frequency spectrum analysis were carried out to find out the frequency band and the source of the excitation,finally by direct transient response calculation,the propagation path and range as well as the modes and vibration amplitudes were recognized,the vibration cause was confirmed and the related solution was proposed.This diversified diagnosis method can determined the vibration source and propagation path accurately.For the resonance of the hull structure,the response can be lowered for about 50%for the room-top and about 20%for the main deck,by reinforcement on top of the room.
