摘要
为获得舰艇桨-轴系-基座-船体的振动传递规律,分析桨-轴系-船体耦合动力特性数值计算的合理性,考核轴系各项减振措施的减振效果,搭建了基于减振降噪设计且与实舰较吻合的桨-轴系-船体耦合振动测试的实尺度试验台。通过基座阻抗特性、轴系和船体振动响应、轴系模态等试验和各项减振措施测试,获得了耦合系统纵向振动频响传递函数、船体结构响应特性以及为修正耦合动力特性数值计算所需试验数据,考核了各项减振降噪措施。
In order to obtain the vibration transmission law of the ship's propeller-shafting-base-hull,the rationality of numerical calculation of the coupling dynamic characteristics of propeller-shafting-hull was analyzed,and the vibration reduction effect of various vibration reduction measures of shafting was examined,so as to build a real-scale test rig for the coupling vibration test of propeller shafting hull based on the design of vibration reduction and noise reduction,which is in good agreement with the real ship.Through tests on the impedance characteristics of the base,the vibration response of the shafting and hull,the modal of the shafting and various vibration reduction measures,the frequency response transfer function of the longitudinal vibration of the coupling system,the response characteristics of the hull structure,and the test data needed for numerical calculation of the modified coupling dynamic characteristics were obtained,and various vibration reduction and noise reduction measures were examined.
