摘要
针对南海浮托安装就位难题,设计新型浮托安装纵荡限位装置(纵荡挡板),该装置安装于导管架进船侧桩腿上部,实现组块浮托安装快速就位,保持组块对接过程中组块对接装置插尖位置的稳定。与以往同类项目就位方式相比,采用纵荡挡板限位可以缩短浮托安装就位时间,提高安装船舶限位能力,提升整体浮托安装效率,并显著降低作业风险。
Aiming at the difficulty of floatover alignment operation in South China Sea,a new type of surge restriction device called surge stopper was designed.The device is installed in the upper part of the jacket legs from the docking side,which can help the barge reach in alignment position quickly,and is helpful to maintain LMU matting pins’position in matting operation.This device has sufficient strength to resist the collision force generated by the lateral movement of the installation barge.Compared with the previous alignment method,using surge stopper will shorten the alignment time,improve the floatover installation capacity and efficiency,reduce the installation risk,and surge stopper can be promoted in the follow-up similar projects.
