摘要
为克服常见冷补沥青的性能缺陷,改善冷补沥青混合料的坑槽填补效果,基于路面坑槽修补要求,提出了水性环氧冷补沥青(以下简称新型冷补沥青)的性能试验评价方法,并研究了环氧组分掺量、固化剂用量、制备时间和制备温度对新型冷补沥青性能的影响,分析了各因素对其黏度、黏附性、储存稳定性及残留物性质等的改善效果,提出了新型冷补沥青的最佳组成和制备工艺.结果表明:水性环氧组分能够显著改善新型冷补沥青的性能;综合考虑冷补材料的施工和易性、存储稳定性以及路用性能,水性环氧组分的掺量宜控制在1%~2%(质量分数),环氧树脂与固化剂的最佳质量比为3∶1,新型冷补沥青的制备温度为110~120℃,制备时间为30min(掺配前)+5min(掺配后).
The property and preparation process of cold patch asphalt modified with waterborne epoxy resin were studied to improve the properties of existing conventional patch asphalt.Firstly performance evaluation method of cold patch asphalt was proposed based on the requirements analysis of pavement pit mending.Then the influences of waterborne epoxy,curing agent content and preparation process on cold patch asphalt properties were investigated.The improvements of viscosity,adhesive,storage stability and properties of evaporation residue were analyzed.In the end,the composition and preparation process of cold patch asphalt were proposed.The results show that the properties of cold patch asphalt are significantly improved by using waterborne epoxy resin.In addition,considering workability,storage stability and pavement performance of the cold patch mixture,the best content of waterborne epoxy resin is determined as 1%2%(by mass),the optimal mass ratio of waterborne epoxy resin to curing agent is 3∶1;the preparation temperature of cold patch asphalt is about 110 120℃and preparation time is 30 min(before blending)+5 min(after blending).
