人文护理在无张力经闭孔阴道吊带术患者中的应用体会

The Application and Experience of Humanitarian Nursing in Tension-free Vaginal Tape Obturator

目的探讨人文护理在无张力经闭孔阴道吊带术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1至12月在我院接受TVT-O的32例SUI患者为对照组,对患者进行心理护理,协助麻醉、建立静脉通道、摆放手术体位、吸氧、生命体征监测等常规护理;选取2016年1至12月在我院接受TVT-O的35例SUI患者为实验组,对患者在常规护理基础上进行包括环境、生理、心理及社会支持的人文护理。比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁程度、患者围术期舒适度、对手术室护理工作的满意度。结果实验组经人文护理后,患者的焦虑抑郁程度、患者围术期舒适度、对手术室护理工作的满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05或0. 01)。结论在TVT-O术中应用人文护理,尽量根据患者的需求开展工作,增强其对手术治疗的信心,增加对护士工作的依从性和满意度,提高手术的成功率,最终目的是提高压力性尿失禁患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the application effect of tension-free vaginal tape obturator(TVT-O)in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Method Choose 32 patients who received TVT-O from January to December in 2015 as the control group,provide mental nursing,anesthesia assistance,the vein passage building,operation position putting,oxygen inhalation,vital signs monitoring and other routine nursing care.Choose 35 patients who received TVT-O from January to December in 2016 as the experimental group,provide routine nursing care and humanitarian nursing care including environmental,physical and mental support.Compare the degree of anxiety,comfort and satisfaction of the patients.Result For the patients in the experimental group,the scores for the anxiety and depression,physical and mental comfort and the satisfaction of service attitude are all higher than the control group.The differences are of statistically significance.(P<0.05 or 0.01)Conclusion In the application of humanitarian nursing in the TVT-O,we should try our best to meet the patients’needs to enhance their confidence towards the surgery,enhance the compliance and satisfaction to the nurses’work and increase the success rate of the surgery.The aim is to increase the life quality of patients of stress incontinence.
