硬X射线调制望远镜卫星中能望远镜设计与验证 被引量:6

Design and Verification of Medium Energy Telescope Onboard HXMT Satellite

摘要 中能望远镜是硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)卫星的3台望远镜之一,主要功能是5~30keV能区的X射线巡天及定点观测。其设计综合采用了低漏电流Si-PIN探测器技术,低噪声、高灵敏专用集成电路(ASIC)技术,以及高精度准直器技术,实现了高能量分辨率与高时间分辨率的设计要求。中能望远镜在轨运行1年多,平均能量分辨率半高宽(FWHM)优于3keV(在17.8keV时),时间分辨率为256μs,表明其性能优于能量分辨率指标FWHM 3keV(在20keV时)、时间分辨率1ms的科学分析需求。 The medium energy telescope is one of the three telescopes of the HXMT(hard X-ray modulation telescope)satellite,which has the function of 5~30keV X-ray sky survey and pointed observations.The low leakage current Si-PIN detectors technique,the low noise and high sensitivity ASIC technique and the high-precision collimator technique,have been used to match on the high energy resolution and high time resolution design requirements of medium energy telescope.One year later after launch,medium energy telescope has the in-orbit performance of average energy resolution better than FWHM 3keV@17.8keV and the time resolution 256μs,which should be better than energy resolution FWHM 3keV@20keV and time resolution 1ms of the performance requirements of scientific analysis.
