摘要
针对硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)卫星有效载荷质量大、探测器数量多、地面存储和在轨工作环境要求高的特点,设计了HXMT卫星总装方案,提出了多种探测器电接口集成优化设计、望远镜外热流抑制总装设计、望远镜杂散光消除总装设计和望远镜总装全周期环境保障设计,并得到了研制实践验证。HXMT卫星在轨运行结果表明:总装设计合理可行,能满足望远镜的需求,可为我国后续空间X射线天文卫星的总装设计提供参考。
Aiming at the characteristics of the HXMT(hard X-ray modulation telescope)satellite,such as large quality,large numbers of detectors and high environment requirements,the assembly scheme is designed.Four kinds of assembly approaches are put forward and verified,such as the variety of integrated optimization design for detector electric interface,telescope external heat flow suppression design,telescope stray light suppression design,and telescope assembly full-cycle environment protection design.The in-orbit operation results of HXMT satellite show that the assembly design is reasonable and feasible,which can meet the requirements of telescope and provide a reference for China’s next X-ray astronomical satellite assembly design.
