随着我国奶业结构调整和产业升级,我国奶业振兴迎来了大好机遇。然而,优良种源短缺已成为制约中国奶业发展的一大瓶颈,大规模引进优质种牛已成为我国改良奶牛种群、推动产业健康快速发展的重要手段。本文通过分析2017年进口奶牛来源国及农场疫病检出情况、进境口岸分布、各阶段奶牛淘汰情况等数据,结合地理信息要素进行分析,旨在为优化进口奶牛检疫制度、提升监管效率、引导畜牧业企业产业升级、促进活动物贸易、推动供给侧改革提供决策支撑。

With the restructuring and upgrading of dairy industry,the demands for importing high-quality dairy cattle become increasingly strong,China's dairy industry have a great opportunities for its revitalization.However,the shortage of good provenances restrict the development of dairy industry.The large-scale importing of cow has become an important means to promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry.Based on the analyzes of the data concerning the country of origin,distribution of the entry port,elimination rate and the geographic information of imported dairy cows in 2017,to provide the decision support for the optimizing the quarantine system and enhancing the supervision efficiency of import.
