摘要
针对9YFQ-1.9型跨行式捡拾压捆机打结器架体在损坏后拆装麻烦、难于维修更换,造成窝工停工,生产率急剧下降的问题,本文应用TRIZ创新方法的理论,通过对存在问题的描述和矛盾的分析,综合运用阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵和发明原理,提出了对架体的创新设计,研究了切实可行的优化设计方案。实践证明,运用TRIZ可以大大地加快发明创造的进程,而且能得到高质量的创新产品。
Aiming at problems existed in knnoters of 9YFQ-1.9 type cross-line pick-up baler,such as it is difficult to disassemble and repair,so as to lead to loss of productivity,the TRIZ theory was introduced into the optimization design of the knotter frame.Based on the TRIZ,through the description of problems and the analysis of contradictions,and using a combination methods of archie schuler contradiction matrix and the invention principle,the innovative design of the frame body was put forward,and the feasible optimization design scheme was studied.It has been found that using TRIZ theory can greatly cut down the process of invention,and can gain high quality innovative products.
