摘要
在水泥混凝土路面施工中,混凝土材料的工作性能对施工过程产生了直接影响。研究了混凝土液化剂的掺入对混凝土工作性能的影响,并以立模特性、振动液化时间、振动出浆量以及新拌混凝土贯入阻力对其工作性能进行评价。试验表明:在保持坍落度相同的情况下,混凝土液化剂的掺入有效的提高了其工作性能,其立模特性横向变形小于10 mm;振动液化时间总体保持在30 s;振动出浆量为1.0~1.2 kg;贯入阻力处于较低水平;较其他混凝土外加剂均有所提高。在实际施工中可有效提高施工进度,保证提高施工质量,对滑模施工工艺的提高有积极影响。
The working performance of concrete material has a direct impact on the construction process in the pavement construction.This paper studies the effect on liquifier which is mixed in to concrete,and evaluate the performance by modeling characteristics;Liquefaction time;the quantity of mortar and concrete penetration resistance.The result shows that the concrete working performance will be improved when the liquifier mixed in,lateral deformation is less than 10 mm;liquefaction time is generally maintained at 30 s;the quantity of mortar is 1.0~1.2 kg as well as the concrete penetration resistance is low.In practice,the speed of construction progress can be effectively improved,as well as the construction quality,and it has a positive effect on the construction technology of slipform pavement.
