摘要
利用粉煤灰原灰代替硅灰,采用铁尾矿砂为细骨料替代磨细石英砂,制备了环保型铁尾矿RPC,研究了粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物外加剂对RPC性能的影响。研究表明:使用粉煤灰原灰取代硅灰后,随粉煤灰原灰掺量的增加,拌合物的流动性明显提高。蒸养与标养条件下的试件抗压、抗折强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当粉煤灰原灰代硅灰百分量为30%时,90℃蒸养3 d条件下,铁尾矿RPC的抗压强度可达到175 MPa,抗折强度达到27 MPa;标养28 d条件下,铁尾矿RPC的抗压强度为140 MPa,抗折强度达到32 MPa。
Environmentally friendly RPC was prepared with iron tailings instead of fine quartz sand,and raw fly ash instead of silica fume.The influences of fly ash,silica fume and other mineral admixtures on the properties of RPC were studied in detail.The results show that the use of fly ash instead of silica fume,with the increase of fly ash content of raw ash,the fluidity of the mixture increases obviously.Whether in the steam curing or standard conditions,the compressive and flexural strength of RPC were presented first increased and then decreased.When the original fly ash instead of silica fume content is 30%,the compressive strength of RPC reaches 175 MPa and the flexural strength reaches 27 MPa under the condition of steam curing at 90℃for 3 days.And the compressive strength of RPC reaches 140 MPa and the flexural strength reaches 32 MPa under the condition of standard curing for 28 days.
