摘要
试验通过多种基础原料制备了8种混凝土高效增强剂,研究高效增强剂的种类、胶凝材料用量、胶水比等因素对混凝土力学性能的影响。采用线性回归方法对不同条件下各影响因素与强度之间的关系进行线性拟合,并逐次分析胶凝材料用量和胶水比对混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,混凝土高效增强剂对混凝土强度的增幅随胶凝材料的增加而逐渐减小,对混凝土用水量的增幅随胶凝材料的增加而逐渐增大。且在多类混凝土高效增强剂中,h类混凝土高效增强剂对混凝土强度增幅最为明显,其对混凝土强度的增幅最多可达18%。经过配合比优化,配制C40~C50强度等级混凝土时掺加h类混凝土高效增强剂可减少24%~6%的水泥用量,经济效益十分可观。
Eight kinds of concrete high efficiency enhancers were prepared by a variety of basic materials,and the effects of the types of high efficiency enhancers,the amount of cementitious materials and the ratio of glue to mechanical properties were studied.The linear regression method was used to linearly fit the relationship between the influencing factors and the strength under different conditions,and the influence of the amount of cementitious material and the ratio of glue to the compressive strength of concrete was analyzed.The results show that the increase of concrete strength increases with the increase of cementitious material,and the increase of concrete water content increases with the increase of cementitious material.In the multi-class concrete high-efficiency enhancer,the h-type concrete efficient enhancer has the most obvious increase in concrete strength,and its concrete strength can increase up to 18%.After mixing with the optimization,the preparation of C40~C50 strength grade concrete mixed with h class concrete efficient enhancer can reduce the amount of cement from 24%to 6%,the economic benefits are considerable.
