不锈钢密封件的加工工艺研究

摘要 密封件是机械装备中的重要零件,其加工精度直接影响零件或设备的密封效果。根据企业现实加工设备情况,分析零件的技术要求并制订首件调试加工工艺方案;根据产品调试过程中出现的问题,进行加工工艺优化和夹具设计。实践证明:改进后的加工工艺方案大大提高了密封件的加工精度与加工效率,为同类零件的加工提供一定的借鉴价值。 The sealing part is an important part in mechanical equipment,and its machining accuracy directly affects the sealing effect of the parts or equipment.According to the status quo of the enterprise processing equipment,this paper analyzes the components of the technical requirements and formulates the processing plan,the adjustment of the first article according to the problems arising from the product debugging process,process optimization and fixture design.The practice shows that the improved processing technology has greatly improved the machining accuracy and machining efficiency of the sealing parts,and has provided some reference value for the processing of similar parts.
