摘要
基于某款汽车原型,在AMESim软件中建立了发动机冷却系统一维仿真模型,利用NEDC循环工况对其在低温起动行驶工况下的散热性能进行仿真计算,同时对其在高温爬坡的极限工况下的散热性能进行分析。研究发现,在高温爬坡的极限工况下,发动机冷却液出口温度波动过大,通过对冷却系统零部件参数重新匹配,实现了对散热性能的优化提升。
Based on a certain car,a one-dimensional simulation model of engine cooling system is created in software AMESim.By using the NEDC driving cycles,the simulation of the radiating performance under the cold-starting condition is calculated.At the same time,the radiating performance under the high-temperature and climbing conditions is analyzed.The study finds that the temperature fluctuation of the engine cooling fluid outlet under the high-temperature and climbing condition is too big.By rematching the parameters of the cooling system parts,the heat radiating performance of the engine cooling system is optimized.
