摘要
根据我国西北部地区水资源比较贫乏和光照条件相对比较充足这一特点,光伏水泵系统能够通过太阳能将地下水资源进行合理地利用,同时为了提高太阳能的利用率,设计一套光伏水泵最大功率跟踪控制系统。该系统由TMS320F28335芯片、DC/DC变换器、智能逆变功率模块、直流变换功率、光电隔离、母线电压电流采样检测等电路构成。利用CCS3.3开发平台,设计主控程序、电压空间矢量控制、最大功率跟踪控制和其他子程序等。实验结果表明,设计的光伏水泵系统能够实现最大功率跟踪控制功能,提高直流电压利用率。
Given the fact that the water resources in the northwestern part of China are relatively poor while the sunshine is relatively adequate,the groundwater resources can be rationally utilized with the help of the solar energy through the photovoltaic pump system.In order to improve the utilization of solar energy,a set of photovoltaic pump power tracking control system is designed.Hardware is constructed by TMS320F28335 chip as the master,DC/DC converter,intelligent inverter power module,DC conversion power,optical isolation,bus voltage and current sampling and other circuits.Software is constructed through the CCS3.3 development platform,to design the master program,voltage space vector control,maximum power tracking control and other subroutines,etc.,to complete the design of the system.Finally,the experimental results show that the photovoltaic pump system designed in this paper can improve DC voltage utilization and maximum power tracking control.
