工匠精神的育人环境研究——以应用技术型高校大学生为中心

Research on the Educational Environment for the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in Applied Technical Colleges

工匠泛指在生产一线操作或从事具体工艺的工作人员,他们多为应用技术型人才,对地方经济建设贡献卓著,这一类型人才需求量较大,是应用技术型高校主要培养的人才。工匠精神是工匠的灵魂,培养现代工匠应以具备工匠精神为主。应用技术型高校大学生工匠精神的培养,要采用全方位的培育手段,通过营造校园文化氛围,打造创新创业教育、校企合作平台等方式,持之以恒使学生重视并践行工匠精神。

At present,craftsmen refer to the workers at the assembly line or those with specific crafts,most of whom are applied and technical talents and make considerable contributions to the local economy.The demand of such talents is huge and they make up the major cultivating targets in applied technical colleges.Craftsmanship is the soul of a craftsman and its cultivation is the essential task in producing craftsmen.Such cultivation in applied technical colleges calls for an all-round approach via creating favorable cultural environment,constructing platforms friendly to innovation and entrepreneurship education as well as school-enterprise collaboration,and urging students to highlight and practice craftsmanship consistently.
