摘要
面对高素质、技能型人才的稀缺,学校应通过构建自适应智能制造的柔性化课程体系,推进混合式教学模式改革与"现代师徒制"实践,打造产教融合的智能制造实训中心,提升基地工匠人才培养能力,建成具有国际视野的混编"匠师"团队等一系列有效措施提升数控技术的专业人才培养能力。
Given the shortage of high-quality technical talents,the school authorities should forge a mixed team of craftsmen with international horizon,among other strong measures,by constructing a flexible curriculum system for self-adaptive intelligent manufacturing,by advancing blended teaching mode reform and modern mentoring system,by building an intelligent manufacturing training centerunder the integration of industry and teaching,and by improving the cultivation of the talents with craftsmanship in the hope of uplifting the capabilities of the talents majoring in numerical control technology.
