The examination of documental and archival work from the view of new public management

从新公共管理的视阈出发,重新审视我国现有的文档管理工作,力图用公共管理的相关原理来解释文档管理的基础理论,从而改变传统的文档管理思维模式和理念,重新定位文档工作的实践目标,转变管理理念,整合文档工作的理论体系和思维取向。

This article reviews the existing document management in China from the perspective of new public management,and it tries to interpret the basic theory of document management with the related principles of public management.So we can change the traditional thinking pattern and idea of document management,and relocate the practical target of document work,change the idea of management,integrate the theoretical system and thinking orientation of document work.
