摘要
随着经济水平的不断发展,越来越多的企业正逐步涌现。企业要想壮大,最需要的是有能力的员工,而吸引员工的是工资和福利。如果企业能够对职工工资进行精心的筹划,在不触犯法律的前提下,尽量减轻税负,提高他们应得的福利,从而提高他们的实际收入,不仅能使员工更加劳心劳力,也能为企业合理减少负担,从而达到共赢的目的。
With the continuous development of China's economic level,more and more enterprises are emerging gradually.In order to grow,what a company needs most is competent employees,while wages and benefits attract employees.If the enterprise can carry on the careful planning of worker pay,on the premise of not breaking the law,try to reduce the tax burden as far as possible and improve their due benefits,and thus improve their actual income,it can not only make the employees more diligent,but also reasonable reduce the burden for the enterprise,so as to achieve the goal of win-win.
