基于市场经济规律谈城市环卫管理

Urban Sanitation Management under the Law of Market Economy

随着中国城市化进程的推进以及居民对城市环境卫生服务标准要求的逐渐提高,城市环境卫生管理工作面临诸多问题。本文在充分认识市场经济规律基础上,结合环境卫生公共服务本质属性,提出城市环境卫生管理工作应适应和符合市场经济规律,核心在于提升供给服务质量和丰富供给服务产品,关键在于坚持创新驱动、久久为功。

With the advancement of urbanization in China and the gradual improvement of residents’environmental health service standards,the environmental sanitation management was faced with many problems.On the basis of fully understanding the laws of market economy and combining the essential attributes of public services of environmental sanitation,the author of this paper puts forward that urban environmental sanitation management should adapt and conform to the laws of market economy,that the core of urban environmental sanitation management should lie in improving the quality of supply services and enriching the supply of service products,and the key of urban environmental sanitation management is to persist in innovation-driven and long-term efforts.
