摘要 通过线上观看生理学微课视频和集体讨论及阶段性测验、线下课堂互动式授课及面对面的讨论课开展混合式教学改革,充分利用网络教学资源和传统课堂教学的优势,建立SPOC平台,在中南大学本科生生理学教学中全面开展混合式教学。将MOOC教学和传统教学方法有机整合应用于医学生理学教学,通过SPOC段考和讨论课记录以及实验课成绩综合计算学生平时成绩,通过期末考试评估学生对生理学知识的掌握和运用分析能力。期末考试采用网上阅卷方式进行,比较不同学期同专业的生理学期末成绩,2017年下学期混合式教学比2016年下学期非混合式教学生理期末考试成绩均数高出19. 10分,P <0. 001。二者比较,混合式教学成绩有大幅度提高。 A SPOC(Small Private Online Course)platform was established to carry out a blended teaching mode of physiology for undergraduates from Central South University,through watching online micro lectures of physiology,group discussions,periodic tests,offline interactive classroom teaching and face-to-face discussions.It makes full use of the advantages of network teaching and traditional classroom teaching,integrating MOOC teaching and traditional teaching method in teaching medical physiology.Student’s grades were computed based on the SPOC exam results,discussion records in class and experiment performance.The final exam was used to evaluate students mastery of physiology knowledge and analytical skills with online marking.The comparison of physiological scores in different terms showed scores of students(19.10)with blended teaching in the 2nd semester of 2017 were greatly improved,higher than those without blend teaching in the 2nd semester of 2016(P<0.001).
