摘要
开放实验室高端仪器在基础医学综合性实验课程以及大学生创新实验中的应用日益广泛。因此,仪器使用培训成为开放实验室教学工作中很重要的一部分,而虚拟仿真实验在其中能发挥积极的作用。结合武汉大学基础医学实验教学中心开放实验室共聚焦激光扫描显微镜虚拟仿真实验的构建和教学实践,探讨此类虚拟仿真实验的设计、脚本撰写和制作相关问题以及其在开放实验室教学中的应用。师生共建、虚实结合应用以及即时反馈和完善是保障虚拟仿真实验教学效果的重要环节。
High-end instruments in open Labs are widely used in the comprehensive experimental course of basic medicine and the innovation experiment of college students.Therefore,instrument training has become an important part of teaching in open labs,and the virtual simulation experiment can play an active role in it.Combined with the construction and teaching practice of virtual simulation experiment of confocal laser scanning microscope in open labs,this paper discussed the design,script writing and production-related problems of the virtual simulation experiment,and its application in teaching of open labs.Teacher-student cooperation,virtuality-reality combination,real-time feedback and improvement are key links to ensure teaching effects of virtual simulation experiment.
