华东区医学类高校本科教学办学现状研究

Research on the current situation of undergraduate teaching of medical colleges and universities in East China

华东区医学教育在全国医学教育发展中具有引领与示范作用,各高校办学现状一直备受关注。文章采用文本分析法对21所华东区医学类本科院校2015-2016学年《本科教学质量报告》进行剖析,研究发现现存主要问题有:办学规模偏大、经费投入差距过大且结构不合理、课程资源紧张且教师教学投入较低、学生学习结果亟待重视和完善,并从办学定位、经费保障、资源建设以及学习评价等方面提出对应策略,以期为新一轮高校教育改革提供政策支持与实践借鉴。

Medical education in East China has a leading and exemplary role in the development of medical education in the whole country,and its teaching quality has attracted much attention.This paper analyzes the undergraduate teaching quality report of the 2015-2016 school year of 21 eastern China medical universities by text analysis.The research finds that the main existing problems are:the large scale of the school running,the large gap in the fund investment and the unreasonable structure,the low curriculum resources and teachers’lower input of in teaching,and the students’academic achievements should be emphasized and perfected.In order to provide policy support and practice for a new round of university education reform,the corresponding strategies should be put forward from the orientation of school,the guarantee of funds,the construction of resources and the evaluation of learning.
