上海市医学生个性类型不同维度的标准化分析 被引量:1

摘要 为突破传统分析方法无法了解个性强度的局限,以上海市4所医学院校4 054名医学生为例,进行MBTI量表测试,对同一纬度的每一端点得分均进行标准化处理,比较每一维度学生的偏好强度并进行不同群体的比较。结果显示,上海市医学生总体倾向于外向、感觉,思考、判断;但倾向于判断最明显(标准分得分为0. 657),其次是感觉和思考(标准分得分分别为0. 587和0. 580),而外向相对不明显(0. 512)。不同院校层次、院校类型、专业的医学生在内外向维度,不同专业、年级的医学生在感觉直觉维度,不同院校层次、院校类型、性别、年级在思考情感维度,不同院校层次、院校类型、专业、年级医学生在判断知觉维度的标准化得分有统计学差异。 To break through the limitations of traditional analysis method of the personality strength,4054 medical students in 4 medical universities in Shanghai were surveyed on personality types with MBTI questionnaire.The scores of each end in every dimension were turned into standardized scores and the preference strengths of every dimension in different groups were compared.The results showed that general personality preferences in medical students in Shanghai are Extroversion,Sensing,Thinking,and Judging,but the preference for Judging was the most manifest(the standardized score was 0.657),followed by those for Sensing and Thinking(0.587 and 0.580),and that for Extroversion was the least obvious(0.512).It showed statistical significance in E-I dimension(among different specialties,college levels,college types),in S-N dimension(among different specialties and grades),in T-F dimension(among different college levels,college types,genders and grades),and in J-P dimension(among different college levels,college sorts,specialties and grades).
