ICU护士心理资本、工作压力与工作幸福感的相关性研究

Correlation among Psychological Capital,Job Stress and Job Well-Being in ICU Nurses

目的了解ICU护士心理资本、工作压力与工作幸福感的现状,探讨心理资本和工作压力对工作幸福感的影响。方法便利抽样选择山东省某市2所三级甲等综合医院224名ICU护士为研究对象,采用心理资本问卷、护士工作压力源量表、工作幸福感量表对其进行调查。结果 ICU护士心理资本总分为(89.19±11.05)分,工作压力总分为(74.83±12.89)分,工作幸福感总分为(82.92±12.78)分;ICU护士的性别、对目前工作的满意程度以及是否会再次选择ICU护理工作为工作幸福感得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。心理资本总分及各维度与工作幸福感总分呈正相关(P<0.01),工作压力总分及各维度与工作幸福感总分呈负相关(P<0.05),心理资本总分、工作压力中护理工作及专业和管理及人际关系2个维度是ICU护士工作幸福感的主要预测变量(R2=0.410)。结论医院护理管理者应采取积极措施,提高ICU护士的心理资本,降低其工作压力,以提高其工作幸福感。

Objective To study the status of psychological capital,work stress and happiness of the nurses in ICU.Methods By convenience sampling method,the questionnaire of psychological capital,the Chinese nurse job stressors scale and the Chinese nurses work well-being scale were used to evaluate 224 ICU nurses from two grade-A class-three hospitals in Shandong province.Results The total score of psychological capital of nurses was(89.19±11.05),the total score of work stress was(74.83±12.89),and the total score of work well-being was(82.92±12.78).The gender of ICU nurses,the satisfaction rate of current job and“to choose ICU job again”were the influence factors of the job well-being score(P<0.05).The total score of psychological capital and each dimension were positively correlated with job well-being score(P<0.01);the scores of work stress and each dimension were negatively correlated with work well-being score(P<0.05).The total score of psychological capital,work stress of nursing work and relationship between professional and management were the main predictor variable of ICU nurses’work well-being(R 2=0.410).Conclusions Nursing managers should take active measures to improve the psychological capital of nurses in ICU and reduce the work stress to increase the happiness of work.
