子午流注择时五行音乐疗法在胰腺癌术后患者康复护理中的应用及其效果

Five Elements Music Therapy of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow in Rehabilitation of Postoperative Pancreatic Cancer Patients

目的探讨子午流注择时五行音乐疗法在胰腺癌手术患者康复护理中的应用及其效果。方法便利抽样选取某院于2015年8月至2016年8月收治的胰腺癌手术患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予子午流注择时五行疗法。比较两组患者入院时及出院时焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量情况,以及并发症发生率及基本生理指标波动情况。结果观察组患者出院时的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量评分显著降低,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组患者并发症发生率为20%、基本生理指标优良率为75.00%,观察组患者并发症发生率为2.5%、基本生理指标优良率为92.50%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时五行音乐护理模式能显著缓解患者胰腺癌手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of the five elements music therapy of midnight-noon ebb-flow on the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients with pancreatic cancer operation.Methods From August 2015 to August 2016,80 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the five elements music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.Anxiety,depression,sleep quality,the incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and surgical tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 20%in the observation group,and the excellent rate of basic physiological indicators was 75.00%.In the control group,the excellent rate of basic physiological indicators was 92.50%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The five elements music therapy can significantly relieve anxiety and depression,improve sleep quality,improve patient tolerance and postoperative recovery enthusiasm,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients with pancreatic cancer.
