摘要 目的对短信干预患者服药依从性的干预内容、形式和效果进行系统评价。方法计算机检索PubMed、SCIE、Embase、CHINAL、维普期刊资源整合服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网和中国生物医学文献等数据库中短信干预相关文献,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献、进行质量评价和定性分析。结果共纳入45篇文献,目前短信干预内容以服药提醒和健康教育为主,干预时长以3个月或6个月为主,效果评价指标包括服药依从性、健康指标和知识水平,研究设计欠严谨,短信干预方案缺乏理论指导。结论需要提高患者服药依从性短信干预相关研究的科学性,在理论指导下,依据证据构建短信干预方案,以提高患者服药知识、信念和行为依从性。 Objective To review the content,approach and effect of text message intervention on medication compliance.Methods Databases of PubMed,SCIE,Embase,CHINAL,VIP,Wanfang data,CNKI,and CBM were searched.Studies regarding text message intervention on medication compliance were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criterions,and the studies were analyzed.Results A total of 45 studies were included.In most studies,the main text message interventions included medication reminders and health education;and the duration of text message intervention was three or six months.The evaluation indicators included medication compliance,health indicator,and knowledge level.The design of the studies was less rigorous,and the strategies of intervention lacked theoretical direction.Conclusions It is necessary to improve the scientificalness of relevant research on text message intervention,promote the theoretical guide of intervention strategies,and build evidence-based text message intervention project,in order to improve medication knowledge,attitude,and practice of patients.
