水胶体透明敷料预防新生儿葡萄糖酸钙静脉炎的效果研究

Effect of Hydrocolloid Transparent Dressing on Prevention of Neonatal Phlebitis Induced by Calcium Gluconate

目的探讨水胶体透明敷料在预防新生儿葡萄糖酸钙静脉炎中的效果。方法 2014年1月至2016年5月,便利抽样法选取无锡市某儿童医院收治的低钙血症需要静脉补钙的200例新生儿为研究对象。根据输注葡萄糖酸钙注射液的先后顺序,对患儿进行编号。将单数患儿设为对照组,双数患儿设为观察组,每组各100例。比较两组患儿静脉炎的发生率、静脉炎恢复时间以及留置针留置时间。结果观察组患儿静脉炎的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉炎恢复时间短于对照组,留置针留置时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论水胶体透明敷料能有效预防新生儿葡萄糖酸钙静脉炎,且延长留置针留置时间,为新生儿的临床安全输液提供实用的护理保障。

Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocolloid transparent dressing in preventing neonatal phlebitis induced by calcium gluconate.Methods By convenience sampling method,200 newborns in our hospital who received intravenous calcium gluconate were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group respectively.The incidence of phlebitis,the recovery time and the indwelling time of the detaining needle were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of phlebitis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the indwelling time of detaining needle was longer than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Hydrocolloid transparent dressing can effectively prevent calcium gluconate-induced phlebitis in neonatal,and provide nursing measures for the clinical safty of transfusion.
