摘要
目的:通过对爬行运动与健身跑进行对比,探究两种运动方式对体质测试未达标男大学生体质影响的效果,为有效改善人体健康提供新方法和新思路。方法:随机抽取中北大学身体健康但测试未达标的男大学生40名,分为爬行运动组20名和健身跑组20名,观察干预前后大学生体质健康变化。结果:16周后,爬行运动组在肺部功能、下肢爆发力、四肢及核心力量方面影响效果要优于健身跑,而健身跑在提高耐力素质方面要优于爬行运动组。结论:中等强度的爬行运动和健身跑对未达标男大学生体质健康都能产生良好的效果。建议:两种运动各有特点,可以将二者结合,共同改善未达标大学生的体质健康。
Objective:Through the contrastive study of crawling and jogging,this paper wants to understand the effect of the two ways on the undergraduates unqualified in physique test,so as to explore an effective way to improve their health.Methods:Forty unqualified male undergraduates from Zhongbei University were recruited and randomized into the experimental group(20 in crawling group)and the control group(20 in jogging),and observing the physical and health changes of them before and after the experiment.Results:After 16 weeks intervention,indicators of the body shape,physical function and the sports tests in the experimental group showed better results of statistical significance than those in control group.In the experimental group,the crawl movement is better than the jogging in lung function,explosive force,jumping ability,body coordination,core strength and upper limb strength,while jogging is better than crawling in improving endurance quality.Conclusion:Medium intensive physical interventions such as crawling and jogging have good effects on physical health of them.There are individual characteristics of the two ways,so combining with the two can improve their physical health who has not reached the standards.
