摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查和探索性(EFA)及验证性(CFA)因子分析等方法,构建中小学学校体育风险防控体系模型,结果表明:中小学学校体育风险防控体系应确定以学生为主体,教师和环境为保障,学校管理为依托的基本工作思路;教师层面应将"教学过程"作为防控重心,学生层面应注重"学生安全意识"的培养,环境层面体育风险防控要以"教学器材"维度为基础,而学校管理层面要重视"风险管理";教师因素、学生因素、环境因素以及学校管理因素体育风险直接影响中小学学生的损伤频率、损伤程度以及损伤成本。
By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,EFA and CFA,this article proposes to construct the model of prevention and control system in primary and secondary school physical education,in which it ought to confirm the basic work idea of taking students as the main body,teachers and environment as a guarantee,basic work principle of school management as the backing.Because the factors of teacher,student,environment and management can straightly influence students’injury of frequency,degree and costing,the teacher must focus on the teaching process as the center of prevention and control,the students must pay more attention to cultivate the awareness of self-safety,the environment should be taken teaching equipment as base,and the school management need attach importance to the“risk management”.
