An analysis on the centers' technical characteristics in basketball team of the run and gun

运用文献资料法,将跑轰型篮球队中锋进行分类,即偏向进攻的矮壮型中锋和偏向防守的蓝领型中锋,并通过对NBA中的这两类中锋的代表进行技术特点分析,结果表明:矮壮型中锋在进攻端有丰富的进攻手段便于拉开空间,提高攻防转换速度等特点;而蓝领型中锋在防守中出色的补防、协防能力和二次篮板的终结能力等特点,他们都适应于攻防转换快的跑轰型球队。

By using the methods of literature,the center of the running and bombing basketball team is classified into two types,the short and strong center,that deviating from attack and the blue-collar center deviating from defense,the result shows that rich offensive means are easy to open space,improve the speed of attack-defense conversion and other characteristics,while the blue-collar center in the defense of the outstanding complement defense,co-defense ability and the ability to end the rebound,they are adapted to attack-defense conversion of the bombing team.
