摘要
结合青少年摔跤运动员的体能特点,遵循体能训练原则,在传统训练基础上优化体能训练方法,对体能训练理念及方法进行分析,旨在为摔跤教练员和运动员今后合理有效的体能训练提供依据。
According to the adolescent wrestlers’physical characteristics,and puts forward that we ought to follow the physical training principle to optimize it,improve the ideas and methods based on the traditional training,aimed to provide some reasonable and profitable references for coaches and athletes.
