摘要 设计了一种新型宽量程、高精度、高稳定性、响应速度快的电阻测量系统。整个系统结构简单、体积小、成本低、易扩展,完全能满足不同领域的电阻测量指标,而且经过对系统电路稍微改进还可对电容进行测量。测试实验结果表明,系统能测得20Ω~20MΩ超宽范围的电阻,数据经过改进平滑滤波算法处理,精度最高能达到0.1%,稳定性良好,可通过串口将测量结果实时传送到上位机。 In the paper,a new type of resistance measuring system with wide range,high accuracy,high stability and fast response is designed.The entire system is simple in structure,small in size,low in cost,easy to expand,and can fully meet the resistance measurement targets in various fields.Besides,the system can measure the capacitance after a little improvement to the algorithm,and it can be applied to a variety of applications for measuring resistance.The experiment results show that the system can measure an ultra-wide range of resistance from 20Ωto 20 MΩ,and the data is processed by an improved smoothing filter algorithm,the accuracy is up to 2%.Through the serial port communication of the one-chip computer,the measurement results are transmitted to the upper computer in real time.
