摘要
‘景白2号’是近年来通过省级审定的珍稀白化茶树良种,为了充分发挥该品种的独特内在品质,采用摊青、理条杀青、初坯制作、烘干提香加工工艺,通过开展不同温度提香试验研究及对不同失水率摊青叶开展加工试验,制作茶样,并进行感观审评鉴定,研究‘景白2号’白化茶新品种合适的加工工艺技术。
‘Jingbai No.2’is an albino tea cultivar approved by Zhejiang Province.Processing method has great impact on quality of tea products and suitable processing parameters for various tea leaf materials differentiated.In order to find the optimum conditions for processing leaves from the albino tea cultivar‘Jingbai No.1’,the leaves from‘Jingbai No.2’were processed by leaf spreading,fixing,shaping and drying.The processed tea samples were examined by sensory assessment.The optimum parameters for processing‘Jingbai No.2’leaves were screened.
