摘要 针对采取开放光路傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对VOCs浓度监测时,开放光路系统稳定性对监测结果的影响问题,开展了实验研究。分别在60,120,180 m距离对角锥面阵列进行左右、前后、旋转不同幅度摆动操作,采集光谱信号数据。结果表明:开放光路不超过200 m时,角锥阵列悬空摆动幅度不超过3 cm,或者角锥阵列左右摆动幅度不超过20 cm、前后摆动幅度不超过15cm并且旋转摆动幅度不超过5 cm,才能采集足够的有效数据开展VOCs浓度分析,角锥阵列旋转摆动对数据采集影响最大,左右摆动对数据采集影响最小。为开放光路傅里叶变换光谱技术用于VOCs浓度监测和数据有效性分析提供了参考。 Experimental study was carried out to reveal the impact of OP-FTIR stability on VOCs concentration monitoring.Spectral signal at the distance of 60 meters,120 meters and 180 meters was acquired while retroreflector array was operated from left to right,from front to back or rotated at different amplitudes.The experiment results showed that sufficient and valid data for analyzing the concentration of VOCs could be collected on the condition that the open path did not exceed 200 meters,the hovering amplitude of floating pyramid array was no more than 3cm,or left to right swing amplitude was no more than 20cm,front to back swing amplitude was no more than 15cm and the rotational swing amplitude does not exceed 5cm.The rotation of retroreflector array hadthe greatest impact and the left to right swing hadthe least impact on data collection.The results provided a reference for OP-FTIR monitor VOCs concentration and data validity analysis.
